The after use is good, in terms of texture and smoothness it brings to the hair. However I feel it needs more coverage for removing the tones. I had to use quite a lot to get the tones out. Small amount isn't enough to get rid of the brasy bronze orange tone. Which means the content in the bottle will finish quicker. So maybe add in a colour tint, that helps blend it into the soft brown blonde.

I ordered a blonde hair mask and which I received is in very bad condition, there is a cut in the plastic of your product which caused the entire mask to leak. I received it in very bad condition, and your helpline is telling me that I have to return it and wait another 15 to 20 days, otherwise I will have to go to the branch and exchange it. Why would I buy it online if I have to go myself and spend petrol on it?
You guys are so irresponsible. If we have to go to the salon branch and exchange the defective piece that you send us and it's your fault, why did we pay the online delivery charges?
